At Ooni Europe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not 100% happy, you can return your products within 60 days of receipt. Our 'Great Pizza Guarantee' ensures that if you can't make great pizza with your Ooni, we will take it back for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Oven
Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
