Which countries in Europe do you ship to?
We ship to most mainland European countries via our dedicated EU warehouse. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your specific region.
What is the warranty period for Ooni pizza ovens?
All Ooni ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty. However, if you register your product with us within 60 days of purchase, we extend that to a 3-year limited warranty.
Can I use my Ooni oven indoors?
No, Ooni pizza ovens are strictly for outdoor use only. They are designed to reach extremely high temperatures and require proper ventilation for safety.
What happens if my baking stone arrives broken?
While we pack our products with care, accidents can happen during transit. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
